비서학전공 전문대학생의 진로정체감과 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2년제 대학 비서관련과 학생을 대상으로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 개인의 내적요인으로서 진로정체감과 진로결정자기효능감, 외적요인으로서 사회적 지지를 중요한 변인으로 설정하여 조사하였다. 그리고 진로정체감과 사회적 지지가 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로정체감, 사회적지지의 관계에서 진로정체감과 사회적 지지 모두 진로결정자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 나타낸다. 구체적으로 사회적지지와 진로결정자기효능감의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지의 하위요인인 부모의 정보적 지지와 교수의 정보적지지가 진로결정자기효능감에 영향을 주는 변수임이 밝혀졌다. 둘째 진로결정자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 유의한 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로정체감과 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감이 매개변인으로 작용함을 알 수 있다.
본 연구를 통해 비서관련과 학생들의 진로정체감, 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 긍정적 연계를 파악함으로써 진로교육의 체계적인 단계 및 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 그리고 대학생의 진로준비를 위한 내적동기와 활동을 촉진하기 위해서 부모나 교수를 비롯한 사회적 지지의 필요성을 강조한다.

This study examined the amount of influence that social support and career identity has on career preparation behaviors, and the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy of college students majoring in secretarial science. The subjects of this study were 231 second-year college students majoring in secretarial science, and valid samples were analyzed using correlational analysis and structural equational modeling. The major results of the study were as follows:
First, after analyzing the direct effects that parental figures and professors have on career decision-making self-efficacy, we found a meaningful positive correlation. Statistically, there is a significant difference, in the relation between career identity and career decision-making self-efficacy.
Second, career decision-making self-efficacy is positively and significantly related to greater engagement with career preparation behaviors.
Third, mediating effects were examined through mediated the link between social support and career identity through career decision-making self-efficacy.
Based on this study, implications for career guidance and future research are discussed.
