국가교육과정에 제시된 창의성 관련 지침의 개선 방향 탐색 -캐나다, 영국, 호주 교육과정과의 비교를 중심으로- = Critical Review on Creativity-related Guideline in the National Curriculum -Comparing with Canadian, English, and Australian Curriculum-

The key educational direction of ``National Curriculum 2009`` which was revised recently is to foster creative talent. The concept of creative talent is highlighted in the new curriculum but the concept has been emphasized consistently as one of the fundamental human characters pursued by school education. However there is a lot of criticism that present school education has limitation of fully promoting students` creativity. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction to improve Korean national curriculum towards more concrete and systematic approach to develop creative talent through a comparison with other countries` curriculum. For the purpose, first, the study reviews the way to nurture creative talent which is suggested in Korean national curriculum. Second, it analyzes the curriculums of Canada, England and Australia, which are interested in cultivating creative talent. Third, by comparing with foreign countries` curriculums, it discusses the direction to improve Korean national curriculum for developing creative talent.
