This longitudinal study explored Korean students` school adjustment in urban community over three years from 2nd middle school years to 1st high school years. I used the Korean Children & Youth Panel Study and analysed through growth curve models. Especially, we investigated longitudinal changes and predictive effect of the variables such as fathers` education, students` inattentiveness, depression, parents` neglect and abuse, satisfaction for achievement, school bullying and community cohesion. The results were as follows: School adjustments were increased, especially from 2nd middle school years to 1st high school years. Fathers` education, students` inattentiveness, depression, parents`neglect and abuse, academic self-efficacy and satisfaction, school bullying and sense of community were statistically significantly related to the intercept of school adjustment at the point of 2nd middle school period, and students` inattentiveness, academic self-efficacy and satisfaction, school bullying and sense of community were statistically significantly related to the slope of school adjustment. Future directions of students` guidance psycho-educational interventions related to school adjustment were discussed.
