자녀이해 및 발달지원을 위한 부모역할 프로그램의 의미 = 프로그램적 의미와 경험적 의미를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 부모역할 프로그램의 적용에서 나타난 프로그램적 의미와 부모들의 경험적 의미를 알아봄으로써, 과정적 시사점을 얻어 보다 효과적인 유아교육기관의 부모교육 프로그램의 기초를 마련하는데 있다. 이에 햇빛유치원의 어머니 11명을 대상으로 7주간 실시된 부모역할 프로그램의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모역할 프로그램에서 나타난 ‘프로그램적 의미’는 ‘연결’과 ‘인적 지원’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모역할 프로그램의 ‘경험적 의미’는 ‘상위인지’, ‘반성과 변화’, ‘집단 상담의 효과’, ‘문제인줄 알았던 것의 정체’, ‘왜 교실인가?’로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 부모교육 프로그램의 적용 시 나타나는 다양한 연결의 의미를 도식화하였다는 점과 효과적인 부모교육을 위한 인적 지원 형태를 보여주었다는 점, 그리고 부모교육 프로그램의 적용을 과정적으로 의미 분석하였다는 점이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine 'the meaning of a parenting program as a program' and 'the experiential meaning of it' to give some suggestions about the procedure of parenting programs to lay the foundation for parent education at early childhood education institutions. The subjects in this study were 11 mothers whose children attended A kindergarten in the city of Y. The selected mothers participated in a parenting program during a seven-week period.
The findings of the study were as follows:
First, 'connection' and 'human support' were selected as 'the meaning of the parenting program as a program.' There were five dimensions in 'connection' and four factors were selected as the components of human support: theoretical support, administrative backing, support for acting and participant support. Second, five elements were identified as 'the experiential meaning of the parenting program': 'higher cognition', 'reflection and change', 'the effects of group counseling', 'the real character of what's considered to be a problem', and ' why should it be a classroom?'
The significance of this study could be described as below:
First, the meaning of the various forms of connection that took place during the program was displayed in diagram, which shows what it takes to provide effective parenting programs and indicates the possible impact of parent education The findings about human support show what the human infrastructure of parent education programs should be like and what roles kindergarten teachers should perform in terms of parent education, and thereby offer useful information on the structure of parent education programs. Second, the meaning of the effects of the parenting program was analyzed from a procedural perspective. This study provides a more far-reaching perspective on what part of the specific program is effective, why it produces good results and on whom it has a good effect.
