보육시설 평가인증제 실시가 보육교사의 교수효능감과 역할수행 인식에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Evaluative Accreditation System on Teaching Efficacy and RolePerformance Recognition of Child Care Center Teachers

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of evaluative accreditation system on teaching efficacy and role performance recognition of child care center teachers. A questionnaire method was conducted to 160 child care center teachers participating in evaluative accreditation system among child care centers located in G metropolitan city.
The data was analyzed by t-test. As the result of this study, first, teaching efficacy of child care center teachers showed significant improvement according to institution types and educational level of teachers after execution of evaluative accreditation system. Second, role performance recognition of child care center teachers showed significant improvement according to institution types, educational level and career of teachers after execution of evaluative accreditation system. This result implies that evaluative accreditation system has a positive effect on teaching efficacy and role performance recognition of child care center teachers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설 평가인증제 실시가 보육교사의 교수효능감 및 역할수행 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. G시의 보육시설 중 평가인증제에 참여한 보육시설의 교사 160명을 연구대상으로 질문지 검사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-검증으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 교수효능감은 평가인증제 실시 후 기관유형, 교사학력에 따라 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 역할수행 인식도 평가인증제 실시 후 기관유형, 교사학력, 경력에 따라 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육시설 평가인증제가 보육교사의 교수효능감과 역할수행 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다.
