개화기 서사 문학의 독자 전유양상 연구 = A Study about the Mode of Appropriation of Reader by Narrative Texts During Enlightenment Period

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study purposes to re-estimate the excluded objects from preexistence researches due to emphasis on the originality of literary works. To make the goal realize I regarded literary works as a media of social communication system.
In my view such above, most of former research, which dealt with narrative texts during enlightenment period, were valued ’the axis of production oriented’ regardless of their theme.
But the appearance of mass media, such as newspapers and magazines, made changes both of social communication system and the literary process of creation-circulation-acceptance. And the interest & need of acceptance could not be excluded from the social communication system. As a result the readers’ feedback aspects had same importance as the author’s intentions.
The changes which found in narrative texts and media’s criterion of publication were connected with not only author’s intentions but the interest & need of reader.
