비영리-정부조직간 공식계약관계에 대한 연구: 미국 피츠버그시 사회서비스 공식계약 연결망을 중심으로 = Mapping Formal Contract Relationships between the Public and Nonprofit Sector Organizations: A Case Study of Social Service Formal Contract Relationships in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The main focus of this study is on formal contract relationships between the public and nonprofit sector. This study used the survey collected from nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US. In order to analyze structural features of formal contract relationships, this study used social network analysis. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. The formal contract structure between the two sectors is turned out to be the indirect and complex network in which a couple of broker nonprofit organizations are important players between public agencies and foundation (i.e., the main source of formal contracts) and the rest nonprofit organizations. The contribution of this study is to provide useful policy implications to practitioners. But also, this study expects that main findings of this study will be useful hypotheses for future studies in the academic world.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

공식계약 연결망에서는 전체적 연결망의 관점에서 효율적인 조직과 사회적 자본을 많이 가지고 있는 전략적으로 중요한 위치를 차지하는 조직들이 서로 겹치지 않는다. 즉, 실제로 연결망 내에서 가장 많이 자원을 보유한 두 개의 조직은 연결망내의 다른 모든 조직들과 가장 빠르게 연결될 수 있는 효율적 위치에 있는 반면에, 이러한 두 개의 조직들과의 직접적 계약관계를 가지며 동시에 다수의 비영리조직들과 계약관계를 갖는 세 개의 조직들은 전략적으로 중요한 위치를 차지한다.이상에서의 분석을 통하여 개별 조직 수준에서 비영리-정부간 공식계약 연결망의 구조를 살펴보았다. 다음 장에서는 전체 연결망 수준에서 공식계약 연결망의 구조적 특성에 대하여 살펴본다.
