교원선발제도의 평가학적 검토와 개선과제 = A Study on the Evaluative Issues and Reforming-Tasks of Teacher Selection System in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

  현행 교사선발제도는 지식 위주의 시험비중이 높아 교사지망생을 사교육 시장과 학원으로 내몰고 있다. 더욱이 잘 가르치는 능력 있는 우수교사의 선발과는 거리가 먼 실정이다. 이러한 왜곡된 교사선발 정책의 현실에서 우수한 교사의 능력이 무엇인가를 탐색하고, 우수한 교사를 어떻게 올바르게 평가하고 선발할 것인가에 대한 평가학적 검토는 매우 절실하다.<BR>  이 연구의 목적은 위와 같은 문제의식을 그 출발점으로 하여 첫째로 교사의 본질적 능력과 자질은 무엇이며, 그에 비추어 보아 교사선발평가의 타당성은 어떠한가, 둘째로 우리나라 교사선발제도의 현황은 어떠하며, 평가의 타당성 준거 측면에서 어떠한 문제점을 가지고 있는가, 셋째로 교사선발제도의 평가학적 개선과제는 무엇인가를 탐구하는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The current teacher selection system has been negative effects on the learning and teaching of university. The applicants of teacher are seeking for private academic company for studying and solving test problems of teacher employment. Futhermore, these are not bringing up abilities and performance of excellent teacher. So, the purpose of the thesis is to identify abilities and traits of excellent teacher and analyse the current issues and problems of teacher selection system in Korea.<BR>  In order to achieve the purposes, the current issues and problems of teacher selection system were analysed based upon Linn, et al."s criteria for evaluating validity of performance assessment: consequence, fairness, transfer and generalizability, cognitive complexity, content quality, content coverage, meaningfulness, cost and efficiency, directness, transparency.<BR>  The results of the paper are as the followings: <BR>  First, the chief reforming task of the current teacher selection system is to change the educational paradigm of selection system centered on government.<BR>  Second, the paradigm is to ensure autonomous teacher selection system every school.<BR>  Third, one way is to bring in recommendation system by professor for teacher employment, not to measure standardized objective test.<BR>  Finally, the multimethod-multistage and the professor recommendation strategies of teacher selection are recommended for evaluating teacher applicants in the future.<BR>  In conclusion, the overall results can contribute to the paradigmatic change of teacher selection system in Korea.
