초등학교 아동의 학교정체성 구성 요인 타당화 분석 = A Study on the Validation of Component Factor of Children's School-identity in Elementary School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 학교정체성 측정도구의 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 초등학교 아동들의 학교 정체성의 구성 요인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 대상은 초등학교 학생으로 전체 752명의 중고학년 학생을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 학교정체성 구성 요인 간 모형의 적합도를 확인하였다.이론적 근거에 의해 마련된 학교정체성 문항의 구성 요인 간 전체 신뢰도는 .887로 상관계수가 높았으며, 요인분석에 의해 소속 일체도, 공통 친밀도, 자긍 애착도, 학교 이해도의 4개 요인을 확인하였다. 또한 학교정체성 구성요인 모형의 적합도 검증결과, 적합도 지수는 TLI= .955, RMSEA= .014, NFI= .984, 그리고 CFI= .987로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학교 아동의 학교 정체성 구성 요인 간 구조적 모형은 전반적으로 적합한 것으로 판단할 수 있으며, 초등학교 아동의 학교정체성 구성 요인은 타당하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to confirm the validation of component factor of children's school-identity in elementary school. The items of children's school-identity test were categorized based on the theoretical background through factors of community consciousness, and 20 items were performed with 752 children. Item data were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. And for factor analysis, SPSSWIN and AMOS were used. The main results of this paper were as follows: First, it was confirmed that children's school-identity consists of 4 factors through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, that is 'membership-unity', 'common-friendship', 'pride-attachment' and 'school-understanding'. Second, 20 items were confirmed significant statistically through factor analysis and reliability analysis(Cronbach's a) as children's school-identity inventory. Third, the component factor model fit(TLI, RMSEA, GFI, NFI) was satisfied with the standard through confirmatory factor analysis using by structural equation model.
