The purpose of this paper is to examine the features of Im Jintaek’s newly Pansory “Sorinaeryuk”. “Sorinaeryuk” is a Pansory version of a narrative poetry “Bieo(蜚語)” which was composed by Kim Jiha in 1972.
As a Pansory work, the features of “Sorinaeryuk” are as below. First, on the linguistic expression, there is not a big difference between “Sorinaeryuk” and narrative poetry “Bieo”. Second, on the structure of Jangdan, Jungmori is not found in “Sorinaeryuk”. It is because “Sorinaeryuk” is a timely short Pansory. Third, at the part of reading the ruling, it is found that Semachi Jangdan has short beats. Forth, at the part of body cutting, it is found that a variety of the viewpoint is used through Changjo. These features of music and performance contribute the reality of “Sorinaeryuk”.
Because “Sorinaeryuk” originate from narrative poetry “Bieo”, the phenomenon of deactivation of art form is found between these two different genres. For example, the linguistic symbolism in narrative poetry got lessen such as the meaning of the name of main character ‘Ando’ and ‘standing on the ground with feet’. And More, the ambiguity of the utterer or the story world which don’t matter in narrative poetry plays a kind of problem in art communication of Pansory.
