      The purpose of this study was to actually analyze the perception of the usefulness about admission officer system. To accomplish this purpose, 306 teachers of high schools in Busan and Kyungnam metropolitan city were sampled. As a tool of investigation, questionnaires about the perception of the usefulness about admission officer system were used. And as a method of data processing, chi-square test, t-test, F-test, and Scheffe test were used. The result of this study is as follow. First, many teachers opposed admission officer system. Second, the usefulness (students` multiple ability and potential ability, students` aptitude and talent, students` creativity, and the reduction of private education expenses) about admission officer system appeared as significant differences according to teachers` sex, teaching career, and teachers organization. Third, many high school teachers recognized that the admission officer system was not effective.
