소마(soma), 정서적 몸(emotional body), 그리고 이들 재료의 창조적 변형 -타말파 연구소의 삶/예술 과정(Life/Art Process)을 중심으로 = Soma, Emotional Body, and Their Materials Creative Transformation -Focused on Tamalpa Life/Art Process Method

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is carried out to understand concepts of the soma, the emotional body, and their material`s creative transformation, ultimately, to see how accepting of psycho somatic experiences and accepting those activates one`s creativity and changes his or her life. Movement educators have viewed emotional phenomenon of movement in different position. This study suppose that this situation as an ``inflexible somatic``, and suggest a creative somatic method that accept various emotional materials in soma and emotional body area. This study is executed in three main aspects. (1) soma experiences in movement (2) emotional body level in Pancha Kosha model of Yoga philosophy (3) Tamalpa Life/Art Process as a methodology for the soma and the emotional body`s creative.
