국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 소진을 매개로하여 보육교사가 지각한 근무환경과 이직의도 및 직무만족도의 인과관계를 구조모형으로 검증하기 위한 것으로, 대전지역 민간보육시설의 교사 155명을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 수집된 자료는 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석 구조방정식모형분석으로 검증하였다.
분석 결과, 쾌적한 직무환경은 소진을 감소시키고, 이직의도를 감소시키며, 직무만족을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 근무환경과 직무만족은 직접효과와 총 효과에서 높은 관련성을 보였다. 따라서 보육시설의 근무환경을 보다 좋은 조건으로 구성하기 위해 다양하고 포괄적인 접근이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of causal relationship among environment perceived by Child-care teachers, turnover intentions and job satisfaction mediated by burnout. A questionnaire method was conducted to 155 Private Child-care teachers in Daejeon city. The collected data were analyzed by Correlation, Multiple Regression, Structural Equation Model.
The results of this study were as follows; Comfortable environment reduces burnout and turnover intentions, and increases job satisfaction. Particularly, Environment has been much related to job satisfaction by total and direct effect.
Therefore, For better environmental condition of Child care center need various and total approach.
