The objectives of this study, based on theories and previous studies, are to analyze the effects a supervisor`s ethical leadership has on hotel employees, how they trust the supervisor and how they influence the organizational effectiveness. The results of this study, through actual analysis, are as follows. Firstly, ethical leadership played a decisive role in the hotel employees trusting their supervisor (.864, CR=13.002). Secondly, ethical leadership positively affected the employees the employees` job satisfaction (.367, CR=2.415) and organizational commitment (.423, CR=3.234). Lastly, studies show that trust in the supervisor did not have significant effects on organizational effectiveness. In conclusion, supervisors of a hotel should concentrate on conveying ethical behavior and serve as role models for their employees. Also, if ethical standards are established for the employees through continuous communication and feedback, then their trust, job satisfaction and organizational commitment will increase.
