The purpose of this paper is to understand the expanding reality of Bush-Rumsfeld U. S. Armed Force's global capability. For this purpose, this paper has the following structure. First, it investigates the characters of Army Transformation. Second, it investigates the final objective of ATR. Finally, it concludes the meaning of what the global changes of U. S. Armed Force imply to Alliance of ROK-U.S. As result of the study, the finding is the following. First, ATR is run by grand strategy. Second, The objective of ATR is the global military command and control. Third, it proceeds for the standing forces of joint operational capability. Fourth, it seeks the institutionalization of innovations. Next, The final objective of Objective Force is: First, Global Armed Forces; Second; Ubiquitous Network Forces; Third, Global Force Projection Forces. Finally, the implications of the change of U. S, Armed Forces are: First, it more expands the asymmetry of ROK-U .S, Alliance; Second, it expands the differences of the aspect of North Korea between ROK and U. S.; Third it fundamentally requires the change of ROK capability to joint US forces.
