The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships among computer self-efficacy, POS information system quality, acceptance attitude and business performance, 200 questionnaires were distributed from March 10th to 30th, 2011. A total of 187 responses were collected. The results of the study were as follows: Firstly, computer self-efficacy has a statistically positive effect on user`s usefulness and ease of use. Secondly, system quality has a statistically positive effect on user`s usefulness and ease of use and information quality has a statistically positive effect on user`s usefulness. Thirdly, respondents showing higher degree of positive acceptance attitude and computer self-efficacy have perceived higher degree of business performance.
