The purpose of this study was to examine the dynamic relationships among organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) and perceived service climate(PSC), organizational identification(IO), and service performance. Data were collected from 242 hotel employees of upscale hotels in Seoul on March, 2012. To achieve this, the hypothesized relationships were tested using SPSS and Amos through structural equation model. The findings indicated that PSC and IO were significant predictors of OCB. And both OCB and IO had positive impacts on service performance of the hotel employees. Based on these results, some theoretical and practical implications were suggested.
