The purposes of this study were to investigate the effect of emotional Intelligence on job performance and creativity of ski resort employees. The data was collected from 309 employees in ski resort which were located in gangwon-do and then it was analyzed by using a SPSS WIN 12.0 version of software package and used for the analysis such as frequency analysis, factor analysis and multi-regression. The emotional intelligence(use of emotion, regulation of emotion, other’s emotional appraisal, self-emotional appraisal) has been conceptually and empirically demonstrated to be related to job performance in ski resort. Furthermore, The emotional intelligence was positively related to creativity and job performance. Also, Creativity acted as a part mediator between emotional intelligence and job performance. This result showed the great importance of the effective human resource management for the employees`` emotional intelligence and job performance. Therefore, Creativity is to change the attitude of the employees`` duties and serve to convince the community that called Ski Resort members. This is because it affects the job performance of the ski resorts in the ski resort operating strategies can be a major factor.
