This study attempts to analyze the relationship between leadership types, empowerment and group cohesiveness on organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees. The 300 questionnaires were conducted from June 2st to June 28th, 2011. A total of 280 responses were collected. Excluding missing data, 264 usable data were analyzed. Results of this study are as follows: Firstly, it appeared that transformational and transactional leadership had a positively impact on empowerment and group cohesiveness. Secondly, it also indicated that empowerment caused by transformational and transactional leadership had a impact on group cohesiveness. Thirdly, it appeared that empowerment and group cohesiveness had a positively impact on organizational citizenship.
