The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among conflict factor and level, residents`` cooperation and support on casino development in Jeju. The four variables have been regarded as important factors in the process of tourism development. From the survey, the total of 312 valid samples from local people in Jeju were collected and analyzed in SPSS 17.0 for Window. The statistical analyses used included descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The main results of this study were as follows: 1) The disagreement of development aim and communication conflict have significant influence on the levels of conflict on casino development with a direct way; 2) The levels of conflict influenced the residents`` cooperation on casino development; 3) The causes and levels of conflict influenced negatively residents`` support; and 4) The residents`` cooperation was positively related to their support on the issue. Finally, the study discussed the implications in both academic and managerial perspectives, and provided some meaningful directions of future research related to the limitations. study is inner-directed perspective that a physically disabled actually decide their own activity.
