유아 교사의 자아개념과 직무만족이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Self-Efficacy of Early Childhood Teachers' Self-concept and Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigat the effects of self-efficacy on the early childhood teachersselfconcept and job satisfaction. 191 early Childhood-teachers were surveyed for this study. Spss/pc was runfor statistical data analysis. This study abstracted that the most important factors for Early Childhood-teachersto have Self-efficacy are life self, duty, working environment, payment, and promotion opportunity andconcluded that the more payment and promotion opportunity, the more Self-efficacy teachers have. Inconclusion, this study implies that retraining and teaching programs for teachers need to be accessedvariably, considered with the results of this paper.
