조직 내 의사소통이 사회복지전담공무원의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지제도의 확대에 따라 역할중요성이 커지고 있는 사회복지 전담공무원의 조직 내 의사소통이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 대인관계능력의 매개효과측면에서 파악하여 사회복지전담공무원의 업무효율성과 효과성개선을 위한 프로그램개발의 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지전담공무원의 직무몰입, 대인관계능력이 모두 연령과 공무원 직급이 높을수록, 사회복지전담공무원 근무경력이 길수록, 급여수준이 높을수록, 전담공무원 직업만족도가 높을수록 높았다. 공무원의 직무몰입을 위해서 과도한 업무순환을 지양하여 경험적 전문성을 갖출 수 있도록 지원하고 직급승급의 기회와 복리후생제도의 도입으로 직업만족도를 높여야 한다. 둘째, 사회복지전담공무원의 성공적인 의사소통은 직무몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의사소통이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 대인관계능력의 매개효과가 존재하며, 대인관계능력이 의사소통에 미치는 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지는 다른 공무원 분야와는 다른 특성이 있는 만큼 사회복지전담공무원들이 직원 및 일반 국민을 대상으로 원활한 의사소통과 대인관계능력을 갖출 수 있도록 역량강화 프로그램을 운영할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed communication, job commitment and interpersonal relationship mean difference by conducting a survey targeted social welfare officers. The results obtained through the analysis of data are as follows. First, difference of interpersonal relationship, men"s interpersonal skills were superior to women. The people who are in the higher position, higher age, longer work experience, job satisfaction, married have higher interpersonal skills than others. Second, higher age group, higher rank and salary level, longer work experience, higher overall job involvement, communication is better well. Third, the results of regression analysis of the relationship between communication and job satisfaction, communication on job satisfaction statistically significant. Forth, Analysis of the mediated effect of job involvement for their interpersonal relationship skills, higher levels of job satisfaction, the higher the level of interpersonal and communication. In summary, the results of the research showed communication within social welfare officials organization have an effect on job involvement. Also, there was mediated effect on interpersonal skill.
