서비스 질에 대한 인식이 사회복지관이미지에 미치는 영향 = 서비스만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 서비스 질에 대한 인식이 사회복지관이미지에 미치는 영향을 서비스 만족의 매개효과를 통해 파악한 연구다. 사회복지관에서 제공되는 서비스 질에 대한 기대수준의 상승과 사회복지관의 전문적이고 신뢰받는 이미지 구축의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 상황에서 서비스 질과 만족 그리고 사회복지관이미지의 관계를 구조방정모형을 통해 검증하였다. 연구를 위해 서울시사회복지사협회 사회복지관대중이미지자료를 활용하여 복지관이용경험이 있는 151명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 서비스 질 중 전문적 대응성이 서비스만족에, 서비스만족이 사회복지관 성실성과 전문성이미지에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 서비스 질은 사회복지관이미지에 직접영향을 미치지는 않았으나 서비스만족을 매개로 이미지에 영향을 미치고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the perceived service quality on the community welfare centers" image, focusing on the mediation effects of service satisfaction. Under the current state of affairs that both the level of expectations toward the service quality and the necessity of building professional and trustful images of community welfare centers is rapidly rising, this study verifies the relationships among the service quality, satisfaction, and images of community welfare centers through the structural equation model. Utilizing the data on the public images of social welfare centers obtained from the Seoul Social Workers Association, this study analyzed 151 persons who have experienced the use of services provided by community welfare centers.
The result of this analysis indicates that the professional correspondence among the service quality has direct effects on the service satisfaction, and that the service satisfaction has direct effects on the community welfare center"s images of trust and specialty. The service quality does not have direct effects on the community welfare center"s images, but has indirect effects on the community welfare center"s images of trust and specialty through the mediating effects of the service satisfaction.
