도시재생을 통한 창조도시만들기 - 지방도시재생을 중심으로 - = A Study on the Creative City Development Strategies by Urban Regeneration for Local City

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focus on the new trends of creative city development and urban regeneration for the enhancement of the local city' competitive situations in the global world. The developed cities have been changed the focus of their urban development policies from the redevelopment of physical environments to the creation of the socio- economic well-being.
In this contexts, Now, the urban regeneration and creative city is becoming the fashionable issues for local city strategy in the world. The creative local city regeneration paradigm have been exchanged the targets and approaches of local city policy in Korea.
The conclusions of this study include 6 kinds of important implications to the creative local city regeneration. The first, local city's urban regeneration policy is focused on the enhancement of employment and income by the cicular development. and it is controlled by the principles of ecology and energy economization for green growth. The second, the networked hard and soft project of creative urban regeneration is packaged and implemented by the mutal consolidation process in the government, The third, the creative leadership is strengthened at the local level and creative leadership education program is established for the multi-specific goal. The fourth, practice of creative local city regeneration is governanced by multiple partnership which is composed different organization of private and public sector with voluntary citizens, The fifth, the single budget & incentive system of urban regeneration is introduced for the flexible control of project. The sixth, the new supportive legal system and institutional building is executed refered local city's urban regeneration.
