경남 함양군 촌락 가옥의 유형에 관한 연구 = The Classification of the Rural Housing in Hamyang-gun of Gyeongnam-do

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날 우리나라 촌락에는 다양한 유형의 가옥들이 관찰된다. 본 연구는 지붕 형태와 지붕 재료를 바탕으로 가옥 분류의 기준을 설정하고 경남 함양군 10개 촌락의 가옥을 유형화하여 현대 촌락 경관 이해의 기초를 제시하려고 한다. 지붕 형태에서는 팔작지붕·맞배지붕·우진각지붕·단순평지붕·맞배형펜션지붕 등이 다수를 차지하였다. 지붕 재료에서는 컬러강판·아스팔트싱글·시멘트·인조슬레이트·기와 등의 사용 빈도가 높았다. 지붕 형태를 중심으로 지붕 재료를 고려하여 촌락 가옥의 유형을 고찰해 본 결과, 팔작지붕-컬러강판 가옥, 단순평지붕-시멘트 가옥, 우진각지붕-인조슬레이트 가옥, 팔작지붕-기와 가옥, 맞배형펜션지붕-아스팔트싱글가옥, 맞배지붕-컬러강판 가옥, 맞배지붕-아스팔트싱글 가옥 등이 연구 지역의 대표적 가옥 유형으로 밝혀졌
다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The rural housing is a key element of the rural landscape. The studies on the rural housing have focusedon folk housing, but this study focuses on the contemporary Korean rural housing with special reference to the roofing types and materials. The research area is the ten rural settlements in Hamyang-gun of Gyeongnam-do. Among the roofing types, the hipped-and-gable roof type, the gable roof type, the hipped roof type, the simple-flat roof type, and the gable/pension-style roof type are the most frequent types. Among the roof materials, precoated steel plate, asphalt shingle, cement, artificial slate, and roof tile are the most frequent materials. Seven housing types turn out to be the most frequent housing types in the research area: the first type is the hipped-and-gable roof housing with precoated steel plate; the second, the simple-flat roof housing with cement; the third, the hipped roof housing with artificial slate; the fourth, the hipped-and-gable roof housing with roof tile; the fifth, the gable/pension-style roof housing type with asphalt shingle; the sixth and the seventh, the gable roof with precoated steel plate and the gable roof with asphalt shingle.
