    Industry Convergence Age that changed the role of existing industry is beginning to pass Business Convergence progressed by industry sections. By means of being possible Inter-Industry Collaboration, it puts IT knowledge to practical use and it' s growing more and more the needs of Inter-Industry collaboration business for a new order.
    This study which is based on this situation suggests as methodology and to present Inter-Industry collaboration Issue through Micheal porter's value chain analysis and Inter-industry analysis to corne out Inter-Industry collaboration strategy. Thus it's selected the textile industry 'through case study, also the study has been processed as case of Inter-Industry collaboration strategy for a join-growing of knowledge industry and manufacturing.
