This study is to examine the effects of the gender unequal structure in household and labor market on labor force participation of married women. For this, 2440 married women were selected as a sample out of the 1st~4th waves respondents of Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families(KLoWF) and the Study on the Analysis of the Level of Regional Gender Equality was merged . PASW 18.0 was used to analyze the data. The results shows that the relative influence of factors which had effects on labor force participation of married women was preference of husband for wife’s employment>household income> preschool children> gender role division attitudes> education level> gender equality of labor market> birth experience. Based on this finding, several alternatives were suggested in order to increase the labor force participation of married women.
