컨설팅장학에 대한 초등교사들의 인식과 요구 분석 = A Study on Elementary School Teachers` Requirements for Activating Consulting Supervision

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the elementary school teachers` requirements for activating consulting supervision. To accomplish purpose the study, survey was adopted. The questionnaire was composed of 20 questions. The subjects for survey were 300 elementary school teachers in a metropolitan city and a local province. Based on the results of survey, following six conclusions and suggestions were proposed: First, the recognition level of the consulting supervision was medium, and that of consulting methods and procedures was less than medium level. More effort to raise teachers` understanding level on methods and procedures of consulting supervision should be done. Secondly, there are more teachers who had experienced consulting supervision than those who had not. More effort to raise effectiveness and satisfaction of consulting supervision should be done. Thirdly, in order to activate consulting supervision, the specialty of consulting supervisor on the curriculum and teaching methods should be raised. Fourthly, in order to settle consulting supervision, a current negative recognition on that should be revised. Fifthly, the concrete problems of verification through the process of the qualitative research and supplementing policies should be conducted more than diagnosing the problems through quantitative research methods.
