단축형 진로적응대처 검사 타당화 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로적응성 척도와 계획된 우연 기술 척도의 관계를 밝히고 이를 통합한 단축형 진로적응대처 검사를 타당화 하고자 진행되었다. 서울 및 지방 소재 7개 4년제 대학생 661명(남 328명, 여 332명)이 연구에 참여하였다. 진로적응성 척도와 계획된 우연 기술 척도의 관계를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 2차요인 간 상관이 .78로 두 척도의 개념적 유사성이 있음이 확인되었으며, 이는 두 검사를 통합하여 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제안하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 진로적응성과 계획된 우연 기술이 진로적응대처라는 공통분모로 연결될 수 있음을 가정하고 통합된 단축형 척도로 타당화 하기 위한 분석을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석의 결과 6요인(1요인: 낙관성, 2요인: 준비성, 3요인: 호기심, 4요인: 자신감, 5요인: 유연성, 6요인: 극복의지)이 가장 적합한 요인구조로 나타났으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 6요인 모형이 적합함이 검증되었다. 구성타당도 검증을 위해 진로관여행동, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로미결정 요인과 단순상관분석을 실시한 결과 유의한 상관이 확인되어 단축형 진로적응대처 검사가 구성개념을 잘 측정하고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 타당화 된 진로적응대처 검사는 상담 또는 연구 장면에서 대학생이 진로발달과업을 수행하는 과정 중 필요한 적응 능력 및 기술을 평가하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구에 대한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언 및 한계점을 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the conceptual overlap of the Career Adaptability Scale and Planned Happenstance Career Inventory and verify the reliability and validity of Korean Version of the Career Adaptation and Coping Inventory. The results from the survey of 661 university students are follows: First, the confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the second-order factors for both scales correlate .78, suggesting that they measure highly related constructs. Second, the exploratory factor analysis conducted and the results indicated that the construct of Career Adaptation and Coping Inventory consists of 6 factors(optimism, preparation, curiosity, confidence, flexibility, will to overcome). Third, the confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that 6 factors model proved good fit to the data. In order to test for construct validity, correlations of occupational engagement, career decision making self-efficacy, and career indecision profile were computed and the results supported good for construct validity. The implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
