기혼여성의 우울변화에 영향을 미치는 요인- 가구주 여부와 빈곤 여부를 중심으로 - = Influence Factors of Married Women’s Depression Change - focused on householder and poverty

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 시간의 경과에 따른 기혼여성의 우울변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을, 특히 빈곤과 가구주 여부를 중심으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 1~3차년도 자료를 활용하였고, 분석방법은 잠재성장모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 기혼여성의 우울수준이 시간의 경과에 따라 다소 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 연령과 교육수준, 가구형태, 건강상태와 자아존중감이 기혼여성의 우울수준 변화에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인으로 나타났다. 가구주 집단과 비가구주 집단의 차이에 따른 우울수준 초기값과 변화율은 연령과 교육수준, 가구형태에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 건강상태와 자아존중감에 따라서는 비슷한 양상으로 나타났다. 또한 빈곤 여부에 의한 우울수준 초기값과 변화율은 연령, 교육수준, 건강상태에 따라 다르게 나타났고, 가구형태와 자아존중감에 따라서는 비슷한 양상을 보여주고 있다. 기혼여성의 우울의 초기값과 변화율에 다양한 요인들이 복잡하게 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석 결과는 기혼여성의 우울예방 및 관리방안을 모색하는데 있어, 대상자의 사회경제적 여건 및 건강상태, 심리요인 등에 따른 우울의 변화양상을 고려한 보다 구체적이고 차별화된 개입이 필요함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors which impact married women’s depression change with the lapse of time, especially focusing on poverty and existence of household heads. To do this, Korean welfare panel (1st~3rd year) was applied, and a potential growth model was used for an analysis method. The analysis showed that main factors such as age, education level, one’s physical condition, and self-esteem have an influence on a longitudinal change of married women’s depression level. The initial value and changing-rate of depression level for a group of householders and a group of non-householders appeared differently according to age, education level, and housing types, but one’s physical condition and self-esteem emerged into a similar aspect. In addition, the initial value and changing-rate of depression level by existence of poverty appeared differently depending on age, education level, and one’s physical condition but showed that housing types and self-esteem were on a similar aspect. Through these results, it emphasized the need for more concrete and differentiated supporting policy of the intervention of social welfare relating to married women’s depression according to socio-economic conditions and psychological factors of candidates.
