골프선수의 효율적 코칭을 위한 지도행동 분석 = Analysis on the Coaching Behavior for Efficient Coaching of the Golf Players

The study of sports leadership aims at maximum of sports achievement by analyzing desirable coaching types for the team.
The measuring device is the LSS which is based on the multi-dimension of leadership by Chelladurai et al.(1980).
In the analysis of datum, single dispersion analysis is used for conduct types of coach by satisfaction degree and specific qualities of players. And multiple recurrence analysis is used for relation between the conduct types of coach and satisfaction degree of players,
In this way, I came to conclusion as following.
1) In the respect of the Conscious types of coaching of weight lifting, the factor of sex shows the meaningful differences. The group who has less career shows positive answers at the training and teaching from a sports career factor. On the other hand, the group who has more career shows positive answers from a authoritative behavior factor, Also it said that female coaches are more concerned about trading and teaching and male coaches tend to train with more authoritative manners.
2) In the respect of satisfaction degree of players, there are no differences between the task achievement satisfaction and the coach behavior satisfaction. And female players show more satisfaction than male players on the social interaction factor. Also, ell players are more satisfied with conduct of female coaches than that of male coaches.
3) In the respect of preferred conduct behavior tykes, training and teaching types are suited to female payers and authoritative behavior types are suited to male players. Female coaches are more Favored than male coaches in the training and teaching.
