레저스포츠 참여자의 성취목표성향과 스포츠재미 및 친조직행동과의 관계 = The Relationship Between Achievement Goal Orientation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior an among Leisure Sport Participant

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness on goal orientation among leisure sport participant exploring the cause, and effect of these factors.
The 700 subjects were selected by the stratified cluster random sampling method from the members in sport organization. Questionnaires of 676 administered in this study. The statistical methods utilized in this study for collected data were reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis.
The implications of the study are as follows.
1. Achievement goal orientation among leisure sport participant affects sports fun. The higher the achievement goal orientation, the higher sports fun.
2. Achievement goal orientation among leisure sport participant affects organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the achievement goal orientation, the higher organizational citizenship.
3. Sports fun among sport organization members affects organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the sports fun, the higher organizational citizenship behavior.
4. Sports fun among sport organization members affects organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the sports fun, the higher organizational effectiveness.
