      The study examined program quality and working condition variables which teacher commitment to the organization. The subject of this study was 535 teachers who were working for the kindergarten in Seoul and Gyonggi area. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire composed of 82 items. The data were analyzed in correlation analysis and multiple regression using SPSS win 10.0. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. first, program quality was related with organizational committment. second, degree of participation in decision-making, support of supervisor, teachers learning opportunities, compensation, co-work relations contributed significantly to explained variance in organizational committment. Results are discussed in term early childhood teacher retention and current workforce development initiatives.
