청소년단체전문가의 역할과 단체활성화의 과제 = The Roles of the Specialist in the Youth Organizations and The Activation of the Youth Organizations

Youth organizations use to be an important institute and main body with youth facilities in the field of Korean youth activities. Especially youth organizations had active roles and functions which drawed in social changes with young people. However, youth organizations became withered the width and the role of activities as compared with youth facilities, they slided down to the extra-curriculum activity in schooling. Hereby, the conditions of youth organizations and leading up excellent human resource to youth organization field were poor and poor.
This study aims to examine the actual situation of them and the conditions of youth leader in youth organizations based on these estimations at the first. Also this paper make search for the role and function of the specialist in the youth organizations. Another purpose of this study give presentation plans for strengthening and activation of youth organizations and human resource development in this field.
The concrete plans were as follows; 1) The strengthening of youth service centering around community. 2) internal structure reform of youth organizations and organizational activities. 3) Introduction and operation of registration system on voluntary youth specialist in these organizations 4) Make diverse plans of youth organization leaders development 5) Actualization of various financial supporting programmes and better treatments of youth leaders in youth organizations.
