학교의 구조와 조직의 특성이 학교의 부적응수준에 미치는 영향 = A Study on the Effects of School Structure and School Organization on School Maladjustment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines the effects of school structure and school organization on school maladjustment through an analysis using the data surveyed in 47 middle schools and high schools.
As a result, it shows a significant positive effect of the mood of strong discipline and the teacher -student relation on the maladjustment of norm-violation attitude. And it shows a significant negative effect of the mood of strong learning on the maladjustment of underachievement and a significant positive effect of the teacher-student relation on the maladjustment of underachievement. On the whole, school organization has a stronger influence on school maladjustment than school structure.
The result suggests making a positive relationship between teacher and student, democratic enactment and enforcement of school rules and strengthening teaching for the students of underachievement to decrease school maladjustment.
