The purpose of this study was to find out teachers` efficacy for child care and education, and job satisfaction, and to identify a relation between efficacy for child care and education, and job satisfaction. In this study, 248 inservice teachers in edu-care centers completed about Efficacy for Child Care and Teaching(ECCT), and job satisfaction questionaries. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, ``age``, ``year of experience``, ``status in working place``, ``amount of inservice education``, and ``participation in decision-making of working place`` were found as important variables in efficacy of child care and education. Secondly, ``year of experience``, ``teacher`s salary``, ``status in working place``, ``amount of inservice education``, ``the number of children in their classroom``, ``relationship with other teachers``, ``relationship with supervisors``, and ``participation in decision-making of working place`` were found as Important variables in job satisfaction. Finally, ``teachers` efficacy for child care and education``, ``participation in decision-making of working place``, and ``teacher`s salary`` were found as important variables in explaining teacher`s job satisfaction.
