빈곤청소년의 사회적 배제와 청소년복지정책의 방향 = The social exclusion of poor youth and youth welfare policy direction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study on the interpreting a poor youth problem in social exclusion to appear in a broader term for the poverty, and put the purpose of the study in the youth welfare policy plan for social inclusion by it. Considering an element and a meaning of the social exclusion through documents investigation with this purpose, and, at the poverty consciousness that is an social exclusion element of the poverty youth life and economic given condition, psychology, an opportunity, it was derivation in relations, environment. For this purpose, 14 clients(poor youth) were interview and analysed the data. As the result findings they exposed in poor economic given condition and work environment, and experienced one's push and situation recognition inappropriateness and skill lack of relations, badness characteristics of the environment, the relations in an opportunity of limited education on the side at a feeling of psychologically personal as powerlessness and a sense of failure. So on the conclusion by the study seems to be next, and poverty youth welfare policy is going to show the policy whole of the society and the policy direction that you must be engaged. In the second, emphasized the human capital domain at an opportunities. The third, the capital domain of the society, demanded pro-social attitude.
