국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 알코올중독자를 대상으로 스트레스와 회복탄력성 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 두 변수 간에 사회적 지지의 매개역할을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 9월부터 3개월간 7개 광역시에 소재한 알코올중독전문 병, 의원에 입원 중인 남, 여 알코올중독자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스트레스-사회적 지지, 사회적 지지-회복탄력성의 직접효과가 유의하였다. 둘째, 스트레스는 사회적지지를 매개로 하여 회복탄력성을 향상시키는 효과를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 알코올중독자의 회복을 증진시키기 위한 사회적 지지, 회복탄력성의 구체적인 실천적 방안들을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of social support on the relation between stress and resilience for alcoholics. For this, a questionnaire was conducted on alcoholics in alcohol addiction specialized hospitals and clinics located in seven metropolitan cities in area for three month from september, 2013 and the results of the research are as following. First, stress-social support, social support-resilience of alcoholic did show the direct relationship. Second, social support worked as mediators between stress and resilience. The implications and limitations of these findings were discussed, and directions for future studies were also proposed.
