중소기업 컨설팅지원사업의 현황과 발전방안: e-쿠폰제 컨설팅 지원사업을 중심으로 = Status and Development of Consulting Support Service for SMEs: Especially for the Hub Project of E-Coupon System of Consulting Support

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present government project of consulting support service aims to achieve the sustainable management of SMEs by ensuring their competitiveness in the rapidly changing world economic situation. Those participated in this project are able to receive an evaluation on the environmental change of management and technology, and revise or redefine the vision and strategy for their firms. Consequently, it is expected that SMEs can enhance their competitiveness and induce the sustainable growth by applying the modern and new management skills to their business activities. This study suggests the various measures to increase the competitiveness of SMEs and induce the sustainable growth by the e-coupon system of consulting support. The plans for the development of e-coupon system of consulting support service are suggested as follows; ① Set the new direction of consulting support by redefining its principle. ② Establish the support for the specific consulting project (`green management` such as social responsibility of management or energy conservation). ③ Establish the policies to motivate the small and medium consulting firms to grow up to middle and large standing. ④ Strengthen the research development for consulting with supplying its standard software. ⑤ Introduce the performance evaluation system for consulting. ⑥ Provide the registration system for consultants. ⑦ Strengthen the educational system for consulting. ⑧ Set up the integrated information system for consulting and activate intermediating between demanders and suppliers of consulting information. ⑨ Introduce the house consulting system. ⑩ Apply the intern system for consulting. At last, the international consulting system should be practiced for SMEs to extend their business abroad. As a result, it is expected that the consulting firms and SMEs in consultation can increase their performances by improving efficiency for consulting support.
