입학사정관제의 합리적 기준에 대한 고등학교 교사들의 인식과 제언: = The Perception and Proposal of High School Teachers on the Rational Standard of Administration Officer System :

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학교 교사들을 대상으로 현 입학사정관제의 합리적 기준에 대한 인식과 제언을 기술하여, 입학사정관제가 학생의 진정한 교육권을 보장하는 선발제도로서 그 역할을 수행하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 부산지역에 위치한 고등학교 3학년 담당교사 및 부장교사들(총 10명)을 대상으로 인터뷰 하였다. 인터뷰 결과, 교사들은 현재 입학사정관제의 정성적 평가에 대한 불안과 소외가능성을 우려하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 대응으로 공정성과 책무성이 확보된 합리적 기준을 마련할 것을 제언하였다. 먼저, 교사들은 입학사정관제의 정성적 평가가 선발하는 입장에서나 지원하는 입장에서 모두 불안감을 가지게 하며, 이러한 불안은 선발기준의 합리성 부재로 인한 것이며, 이로 인해 특별한 소외를 만드는 통로로서 활용되어질 수 있다고 인식하였다. 다음으로, 교사들은 이러한 불안과 소외로부터의 탈출을 위하여 진실한 데이터와 명확한 공시를 통하여 공정성있는 선발로서 책무성이 확보된 합리적 기준의 마련이 시급함을 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study described the perception and proposal of high school teachers on the rational standard of administration officer system. It has contributed to performance as the selection system for guarantee authentic right of education. To do this, researchers interviewed the 3rd grade teachers or director teachers in high schools located at Busan. The results are summarized as follows. Teachers felt uneasiness about the system and stressed the possibility that the system could function as a mechanism which gives rise to the special alienation. In order to solve this problem, they
suggested to established rational standards on fairness and responsibility. Firstly, teachers realized the qualitative assessment of administration officer system create an air of anxiety in every aspect of selector or selectee. In the second place, teachers suggested to make rational standard on responsibility as fairing selector through true data and a definite announcement.
