장애 아동 양육자의 장애수용과 희망에 관한 근거이론 연구 = Study of grounded theory for disability-acceptance and hope of family and children with disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aims of this study is to make cleat that families of children with intellectual disabilities accept the disabilities and bring up the children to social members with citizen rights. This qualitative research is conducted by in-depth interviews with the mothers of children with intellectual disabilities. The grounded theory suggested by Strauss and Corbin is used for research analysis. As a result of this study is followed; 1. The core phenomenon is `the acceptance of disabilities`. The family undergo so many troubles about children with intellectual disabilities, blame each other and themselves, but finally comprehend the disabilities and hold on family making. 2. The core category of this study is to actualize the rights consciousness of citizen of the children with disabilities. The proposal of this study is that the conversion of the recognition for the disabled, and disabilities-acceptance is social task not only families`, finally the social support systems for children with disabilities must have the attribute of life continuance for the disabled and mutual cooperation for family and the children.
