국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 이용자의 사이버 명예훼손 및 모욕 행위 인식 수준 및 연령 수준에 따라 사이버 언어폭력 의도에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 규명하고, 계획행동이론의 각 변인들이 사이버 언어폭력 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 인터넷 공간에서의 명예훼손 및 모욕 행위 인식(인식 고/저)과 연령(청소년/성인)이 사이버 언어폭력 의도에 미치는 영향을 이원변량분석을 통해 규명하였다. 또한 계획행동이론의 세 가지 변인 즉, 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위통제 변인과 예측의 설명력을 높이기 위해 추가한 도덕적 규범, 정부규제, 과거 경험 변인을 통해 사이버 언어폭력 의도를 예측하였다. 본 연구를 위해 청소년(고등학생 336명)과 성인(대학생 이상 272명)이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 사이버 명예훼손 및 모욕 행위 인식 수준이 낮은 대학생 집단에서 가장 높은 사이버 언어폭력 의도가 나타났고, 계획행동이론의 변인들과 추가변인들 모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study examined that the perception of cyber libel/insult and age could affect the intention toward cyber verbal bullying and furthermore checked that the variables of the theory of planned behavior would have influenced on the intention toward cyber verbal bullying. The subject was classified into four groups as the adolescents with high perception toward cyber libel/insult, the adolescents with low one, the adults with high one, and the adults with low one. Also, the additional variable such as ethical norms, perception toward government regulations, and past experience as well as the variables of the theory of planned behavior such as attitudes, subjects norms, and perceived behavior control were used to examine. To test hypotheses in this study, self-reported questionnaire were administrated to 336 adolescents(high school students) and 272 adults (college students & graduates). The results indicated that the adults with low level of perception toward cyber libel/insult had higher score of the intention toward cyber verbal bullying than other groups. All given variables in this study had statistically significant to expect the intention toward cyber verbal bullying.
