행정학 및 정책학 연구에서 확증적 요인분석의 경향과 쟁점 = 탐색적 요인분석과의 비교를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

행정학 및 정책학 분야의 구조방정식모형을 활용한 논문들에서는 순수한 확증적 요인분석을 목적으로 하거나, 또는 잠재적 경로분석 과정에서 측정모형의 평가를 위해 확증적 요인분석을 사용하는 것이 보편화되고 있다. 두 분석 모두에서 확증적 요인분석은 잠재변수로 불리는 구성개념과 측정변수들 간의 요인구조를 평가하는데 이용되고 있다. 그러나 확증적 요인분석의 구체적인 적용 절차와 방법에 대해서는 상당한 이견이 존재하고 있다. 이러한 이견은 상당부분 탐색적 요인분석과의 개념작, 방법론적 쟁점들을 검토하고, 국내 행정학 및 정책학 분야의 논문들에서 확증적 요인분석 적용의 문제점들을 비판적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 토대로 본 논문은 확증적 요인분석의 올바른 사용을 위한 구체적인 제언들을 하였다.
