공공서비스 품질과 성과에 관한 실증연구 = An Empirical Study on the Relationship between the Quality of the Public Service and Its Performance: A Structural Equation Model Approach

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 지역사회에 기반을 두고 있는 여성회관의 서비스품질과 그 성과 간의 관계를 분석하고, 서비스 성과 향상을 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A시의 여성회관 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 서비스품질, 서비스 만족도, 그리고 서비스 재이용 간의 관계에 관한 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하였다. 공분산구조분석에 의한 가설검증 결과, 서비스품질은 서비스 만족도와 재이용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 서비스 만족도는 서비스 재이용에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 여성회관 서비스 만족도 및 재이용에 관한 이론적·정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the relationship between the service quality of the Women`s Hall based on the local community and its performance, and to suggest the policy implications for service performance improvement. To do so, this study surveyed the users of Women`s Hall and tested the hypotheses on service quality, service satisfaction and service reuse. The covariance structure analyses indicate that the service quality has a statistically significant positive effect on the service satisfaction and service reuse. However, the results show that the service satisfaction is not statistically significant with the service reuse. Based on the results, the theoretical and policy implications on service satisfaction and reuse are discussed.
