노인 일자리 참여자의 일의 의미가 삶의 의미에 미치는 영향 연구 = 부양기대태도의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 정부의 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 어르신을 대상으로 하여 그들의 삶의 의미에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고자 하였다. 노인일자리사업 참여자를 대상으로 하는 선행연구들의 대부분은 노인일자리사업에 자체에 대한 연구들이었으나 본 연구에서는 노인일자리사업에 참여하고 있는 노인 자신의 내면에 주목하여서 그들의 인구사회학적특성과 일의의미요인에 따라 삶의 의미에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였으며 그러한 검증경로에서 부양기대태도라는 매개변수의 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 검정결과 첫째 인구사회학적특성, 일의의미, 부양기대태도는 연구대상자의 삶의 의미에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였으며, 둘째 일의의미요인과 삶의 의미의 영향경로에서 부양기대태도의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과 정부의 노인일자리사업이 빈곤노년층의 생계부양에 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 일자리사업에 참여하는 노인들의 자녀들에 대한 부양기대에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 노년기 삶에 새로운 의미를 부여하는 계기를 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was to explore factors which affect the meaning of life in old people who are participating in the job creation project for the elderly. Most of former studies on the elderly work project participants have been showing effects of the project itself, but this study focused on the inner side of the project participants in order to verify the influence on the meaning of life according to the meaning of work and demographic characteristics in the participants, and to analyze a mediating effect of support expectation attitudes. In this study, we identified that the meaning of life in the participants are influenced by demographic characteristics, the meaning of work and support expectations, and we verified mediating effects of support expectation attitudes. The results of this study show that the job creation project for the elderly led by the government is helpful to supporting poor senior citizens, and that the project participants not only get the new meaning of life in their old age but also give a positive influence on their children for support expectation attitude.
