집단미술치료 치료적 요인 -집단경험 유형과 만족도 중심으로- = Trainee's Perception on Therapeutic Factors in Group Art Therapy

The purpose of this study is to investigate trainee's perception of therapeutic factors in group art therapy. The subjects are 106 students who are enrolled on master and doctorial degree of art therapy department. The research tools were the Therapeutic Factors Questionnaire of Bloch et al.(1979). This scale were cch isted of ten factors which were interpersonal learning, self-understanding(insight), cathar is, cchesir analtruism, instillation of hope, vacarious learning, self-disclosure, guidance and universality anddepeddent variables are typre typroup (intensive course vs weekly course) and the degree of satisfaction on group participation. T-test and ANOVA test were conducted. The results are followed: First, universality is most highly emphasized, and altruism, self-understanding, acceptance, instillation of hope emphasized. Second, in ‘instillation of hope’ and ‘guidance’ factors, the significant difference is shown between intensive and weekly course. Third, the significant difference in interpersonal learning, self-understanding(insight), catharsis, cohesion, altruism, instillation of hope, vacarious learning, self-disclosure and universality is shown between ‘very satisfied experience’ group and ‘moderately satisfied’ group. Based on above observations of therapeutic factors, Future directions for group art therapy are discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 국내 미술치료전공 석, 박사 학생들이 집단미술치료를 경험한 후에 집단미술치료에서 인식된 치료적 요인에 대해 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 미술치료전공이 있는 대학 중 D시와 P시에 있는 3개 대학의 대학원 미술치료 전공 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 회수된 설문지 153부 중 응답이 성실하지 않거나, 미비한 것을 제외하고 총 144부 중 집단미술치료에 참여한 경험이 있는 106명을 선정하였다. 이 중 집중형 집단미술치료경험 56명의 자료와 분산형 집단미술치료 경험 50명의 자료를 최종연구에 이용하였다. 치료적 요인을 검증하기 위해 Bloch 등(1979)이 개발한 중대사건 질문지를 전종국(1997)이 수정한 것으로 10개의 치료적 요인을 측정하였다. 연구결과, 집단미술치료에서 도움을 받은 치료적 요인의 평균점수의 순위는 보편성, 이타주의, 자기이해, 대인간 활동 학습, 수용, 희망의 고취 등의 순위로 나타났다. 그리고 분산형과 집중형 집단간 비교에서는 지도와 희망의 고취 요인에서 차이가 나타났으며, 집중형이 분산형보다 이들 요인의 점수가 높았으며, 다른 요인에서는 차이가 없었다. 그리고 집단미술치료 경험에 대한 만족정도에 따른 차이분석에서는 대리학습을 제외한 수용, 이타주의, 지도, 희망의 고취, 자기이해, 보편성, 정화, 대인간 학습, 자기노출 요인에서 ‘매우 만족’ 집단이 ‘그저 그렇다’ 집단보다 높게 나타났다.
