유비쿼터스 환경에서 개인정보 보호에 관한 비교연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  The information age accelates the Ubiqutous Computing Environment. But developing of an information-oriented society makes not sure to growup the happiness of mankind. Personal Information Protecting system is necessary to increase the human dignity and happiness in the Ubiqutous society. The request about the Personal Information Protection would suggest to solve the problem of complicated legal questions.<BR>  If private informaition is used by another person without accordance himself who is the personal informaiton subject, the ubiquitous society will become disaster to a private person.<BR>  Especially in Korea, the cases of Personal Information infringement increase in number and scale as the Hanaro case or the Auction case appear in this year.<BR>  If Ubiqutous Computing Environment is not set up a foundation of Personal Information Protecting, we can"t carry out developing of an information-oriented society and Ubiqutous society.<BR>  We could find the harmonization between the interest of personal information and the advanced Ubiquotous society by the law and politics of the Unite States of America, EU, France, England, etc. This article argues the establishment of the personal information act in Korea, which was abdicated according to the close of the 17th. legislature on 30th may 2008.
