Since then 1990`s, people`s concerns about postmodernism were weakened, but this article is researching on what postmodernism affects on the Unification church and what kind of relationship was established. Even though the Unification church is a new religion, its scales and the area of activities are more wider and active than the protestant and catholic church. It is hard to examine the limitation of the Unification church because founder of Unification church instructs all operations and educates church members now. This dissertation explains similar intentions between Postmodernism and the Unification church. Firstly, the acceptance of pluralism, secondly, the contents of eco-justice of the Unification church. Thirdly, The Unification church is the religion of shimjung culture. Besides, The Unification church surpasses the frame of the past religions because it has diversity. Fourthly, The Unification church intends to be an aesthetic feature, and it emphasizes culture, art, athletic, etc. Finally, The blessing ceremony of the Unification church a global wedding ceremony and surpasses the wall of a human race and a clan. This fact proves consciousness of kind between postmodernism and the Unification church. In addition, on the recent alterations of the Unification church, I would like to explain with two devided categories that are the goal of divine providence of the religious association and alterations of church ceremony. The changes of a goal of divine providence of the religious association are the proclamation of Complete Testament after 1990`s, The Unification church to the era of Family Federation, and the proclamation of the era of Cheonilguk. The alterations of church ritual are the popularization of blessing ceremony, the change of end of prayers, and the changes of the sunday services of The Unification church that has been switched to Hundokhoi and sunday services of Hundok family church.
