      This study is to suggest possible measures for improving immigrated teenager`s right after researching not only on what kinds of experience the immigrated teenagers has gone through in various relationship with such as their family, community members and civic organization but on what sort of matters exist concerning human right. From the study, it has been proven that there is problems concerning human right, which is generated from cultural world and institutional world. Also, the problems of human rights gets serious, as time goes by concerning language, culture difference, poverty and social discrimination. Another proven fact is that institutional problem includes problems caused by school system, status and separation from their parents. Based on the research results, measures for improving immigrated teenager`s right has been suggested as follows. First, forming local social networking is necessary to support them. Second, multicultural education, which help them understand other`s culture and consider others, should be made obligatory so that it can be taken into practice. Thirdly the situation where immigrate teenagers are in should not only be analyzed more profoundly and deeply but also legal and social problems should be recognized so that they can show road map. Due to being not written in law present, law doesn`t have power on it. Therefore it is important to legislate to tackle this problem. Last but not least, education for multicutual children should be a program that can natually learned through their daily lives otherwise it can mistakenly give impressions that they are in a special group. To realize human right in different cultural context, distinct situation should be put into consideration.
