국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 시기에는 경제개발정책을 수행하는 과정에서 민간부문의 부족한 기술과 자본을 충당하기 위해 정부주도형 정책이 계속되어 왔다. 종래 정부조직법에 근거하던 중앙행정기구와 보조기관설치에 관한 권한을 대통령에게 부여함으로써 유신정권은 제3공화국에서 이미 양적으로 확장된 행정부를 더욱 팽창시키는 결과를 낳았다.7. 최규하과도정부의 정부관료제 조직시스템 변화

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the change and development of the governance structure of Korean bureaucracy from the standpoint of the historical institutionalism. The study informs that the change in the governance structure is triggered by an important historical event . And the study suggests that the development of the governance structure is mediated by a regime ideology under the constraint of the previous governance structure. Through the study, the authors argue that we need to consider both of a punctuated and a contextual change in institution so as to understand the historical development of the governance structure of Korean bureaucracy
